What is the minimum order quantity?We usually encourage consolidating your order into a minimum 20 feet container volume for logitistical efficiency and fastest sea transit time. However we are open to as low MOQ as even 500 pieces to help you build your business.

Is Coir mat same as Coco mat?Coco is German for Coir. Most countries call the Coir mat for the welcome doormat made of coconut fibre. In the United States and Europe, it is commonly called a Coco-mat. Some European countries call it Kokos mat.

How do you clean the coco mat?Simply shake the dirt out and vacuum. The debris collected by scrubbing the dirty shoes is contained within the fibres and hidden within them. Traditional woven coco mat without backing will collect the dirt under the rug, which must be swept or vacuum cleaned.

Are all Coco mats the made same?No, Coco mats (coir mats) are made of several grades – some created on hand-woven looms, some tufted by machines with ova or latex backing, some woven on power usually looms for runners. These different grades also vary in cost and thickness. We offer all these various grades in our collection in the best quality for your satisfaction.

Do Coco mats come only in one size?No, they can be made in any size required. The best selling size in the US market is 18” x 30” and 24” x 36”, and the best selling size in Europe is 16” x 24”.

What are the tips for using doormats effectively?Use doormats at ALL entrances to your home: Even from areas such as garages. It will pay off because you will have to do less vacuuming.
